- Apply judgment and decision-making in financial analysis
- Maintain client relationships to understand needs and objectives
- Review and underwrite loan applications under the ACLP




- Conduct detailed financial analysis for underwriting recommendations
- Manage risk while assessing and approving applications Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field
- Minimum of five years in construction financing or financial markets
- Experience in loan review, prioritization, and approval
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
