The Opportunity
To manage a portfolio of loans to the highest industry standard with team members ensuring all terms of the commitment letter (including all supporting agreements) are performed by the borrower to the benefit of our investors and responding to any reasonable borrower requests that are consistent with the terms of the commitment or are approved by the investor.
The experience you need
- Post secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services, Mortgages, preferably in commercial mortgages
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related required
- Bilingualism (English & French) is considered an asset
Working Environment and Physical Demands Analysis:
- Periods of high volume with tight timelines
- Long periods of stationary position/sitting
- Prolonged periods of repetitive movement (i.e. using a keyboard and mouse)
- Long periods of time in viewing a computer screen
- Multi-tasking may include speaking to customers on a telephone call while looking up information on a computer program.
