This role is managing customer payments, AP, and AR duties. Other duties include:

- Journal entries
- Closing off batches
- AR entries and applying payments
- AP posting account invoices
- Ensuring there are no errors in invoices
- Prepare mid-month and end of month reports
- Inter-company transactions
- Reconciliations
- Invoicing

About You

- 5+ years of relevant Bookkeeping experience
- Strong excel
- Sage is an asset
- Working with US companies is a nice to have
