Vintage Frames
Montreal
Vintage Frames Company is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day stewardship of one of the most distinctive brands in luxury eyewear. This is a business-critical, hands-on role for someone who wants to shape how a brand is experienced across every touchpoint, not just manage marketing calendars. You’ll be the person ensuring every launch, campaign, partnership, and piece of communication feels unmistakably Vintage Frames Company.
You’ll sit at the intersection of product, creative, marketing, retail, and eCommerce, turning ideas into cohesive brand moments that drive awareness, desirability, and revenue. If you’re equal parts strategist, storyteller, and operator, this role was built for you.
ABOUT VINTAGE FRAMES COMPANY
Vintage Frames Company (VFC) is home to the world’s largest archive of deadstock vintage eyewear - over 2 million unique frames sourced by CEO and Founder Corey Shapiro. Since 2008, VFC has been the go‑to for stylists, artists, and tastemakers, with frames featured in magazine shoots, films, red carpets, and global tours.
In 2018 we launched our own line, inspired by the archive and shaped by contemporary culture - designed to stand out, not blend in. What started as a flagship store in Montreal is now a global brand carried in over 150 top retailers worldwide, including Kith, Holt Renfrew, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, HBX, Complex, Farfetch, CNCPTS, and BSTN. We operate one of the largest vintage eyewear eCommerce platforms and, since 2022, a U.S. flagship on Miami Beach.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Reporting to the Director of eCommerce & Customer Experience, you’ll be responsible for executing and maintaining the Vintage Frames Company brand across every owned marketing channel. You’ll be the person making sure every launch, campaign, and customer touchpoint feels cohesive, on‑brand, and delivered on time.
- Marketing calendar: Own the company‑wide marketing calendar, coordinating product launches, campaigns, promotions, retail initiatives, wholesale support, and key brand moments across every channel.
- Email & SMS: Manage Vintage Frames’ email and SMS marketing calendar from planning through execution. Build campaign briefs, coordinate creative, write copy, QA campaigns, manage automations, and analyze performance to continually improve engagement and revenue.
- Content planning:
Build and manage the content calendar across social media, coordinating product launches, campaigns, behind-the-scenes content, partnerships, and brand storytelling with the creative team.
- Social media management: Own the day‑to‑day planning, scheduling, publishing, and community management across all social channels while ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Copywriting: Write and edit compelling, on‑brand copy across email, SMS, social media, product launches, website content, paid advertising, retail materials, and wholesale communications.
- Campaign execution: Coordinate cross‑functional product launches from concept to launch by working closely with creative, eCommerce, retail, operations, and distribution teams to ensure every deliverable is completed on time.
- Creative project management: Develop creative briefs, manage asset requests, track deliverables, and keep designers, photographers, videographers, and external partners aligned against launch timelines.
- Brand communications: Ensure consistent messaging across every customer touchpoint, including website, email, SMS, paid media, retail, packaging, PR, and wholesale marketing materials.
- Performance reporting: Track campaign performance across email, SMS, social, and digital channels, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, traffic, conversion, and revenue.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first year, you’ll have built a marketing engine that runs like clockwork. Product launches happen on schedule, campaigns are coordinated across every channel, and customers experience a consistent brand story whether they’re opening an email, visiting the website, walking into a store, or following us on social media.
You’ll have established a reliable content and communications cadence, improved campaign execution, strengthened cross‑functional collaboration, and implemented scalable processes that support the company’s continued growth.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business,
Public Relations, Fashion Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent hands‑on experience will also be considered.
- Marketing execution: 5+ years of experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, digital marketing, and content marketing. Fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle experience is preferred.

- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
- Product: Complimentary or generous employee discount on frames.
- Growth: A high‑visibility role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape one of the most recognizable brands in luxury eyewear as the company continues its global expansion.
