In this role, Burnside is looking for an Architect to support its Facilities Design Team and engage with a variety of sectors. You will coordinate effectively with other design professionals and play a vital role in managing multidisciplinary projects from concept through to construction.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with codes and regulations while fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and design projects using architectural knowledge
- Create and refine conceptual plans and renderings
- Oversee project teams and document preparation
- Interact with clients to understand and exceed their needs
- Monitor construction for adherence to approved designs Requirements:
- Accredited architecture degree; OAA membership required
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with construction procedures and building systems
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
