Collaborating with teams across Payroll, HR, IT, and Finance, you will support the adoption of innovative payroll solutions while analyzing and improving service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current payroll processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Document and manage business and data requirements via multiple methods
- Coordinate requirements sessions with stakeholders for effective outcomes




- Maintain essential documents like Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Develop analytical and reporting solutions using business intelligence tools Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education in business analysis or similar field
- Proven experience in business process improvement initiatives
- Strong capabilities in data analysis and validation
