Senior Business Analyst – Syndigo PIM/PCM)

Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Canada)

12+ Months contract Key Responsibilities

Design Governance & Approvals

Lead design review sessions and ensure solution designs satisfy approved business requirements.

Coordinate design approvals across Business, Product, Architecture, Security, Data Governance, and Enterprise Integration teams.

Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards, data governance principles, and system integration patterns.

Support phase-gate review processes and manage design sign-offs throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Maintain decision logs, design artifacts, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and change requests.

Syndigo PIM/PCM Product Leadership

Provide functional expertise on Syndigo PIM and PCM capabilities.

Support design and configuration discussions related to:

Product onboarding and maintenance

Product taxonomy and hierarchy management

Product attributes and reference data

Digital asset management integration

Workflow orchestration

Product content syndication

Vendor onboarding and enrichment processes

Data quality and governance controls

Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to evaluate platform capabilities against business requirements.

Retail Product Domain Expertise





Drive discussions related to retail product lifecycle management including:

Assortment planning

Item onboarding

Product enrichment

Product hierarchy management

Vendor management

Category management

Omnichannel content distribution

Promotions and merchandising

Understand interactions across upstream and downstream enterprise systems supporting retail product management.

Required

Qualifications

Experience

12+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise-scale programs.

7+ years working in Retail Product Management, Merchandising, Product Information Management, or Master Data Management domains.

Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.

Solid experience facilitating design workshops and obtaining stakeholder approvals.
