About Loadify

At Loadify, we're modernizing how freight moves across North America. As a fast-growing freight brokerage and trucking company based in Oakville, we’re combining technology, transparency, and service to deliver real results for shippers and carriers alike.

We’re now looking for a seasoned logistics sales professional who brings industry expertise, a strong network, and a book of business to drive revenue and relationships.

What You'll Do

- Leverage your existing relationships with shippers and carriers to move freight and drive sales

- Develop new B2B opportunities across various verticals (LTL, FTL, Cross-border, Domestic)

- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer freight

- Quote, negotiate, and close new accounts – we support you with dispatch and admin so you can focus on selling

- Track KPIs, forecast pipeline revenue, and help shape Loadify’s sales growth strategy

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of sales experience in logistics,



freight brokerage, or trucking

- Proven book of business with active customer relationships ready to move

- Robust understanding of North American lanes, cross-border freight, and the brokerage/trucking space

- Self-motivated, confident closer who can work independently with minimal oversight

- Based in the Greater Toronto Area – able to work in person at our Oakville HQ fulltime.
