As we continue to grow, we are launching a dedicated focus on the Food Manufacturing & Processing industry—and we’re looking for the right person to lead it.

If you already have relationships within food manufacturing, food processing, beverage production, bakeries, meat processing, dairy, seafood, produce packing, or food distribution, we’d like to talk.

The Opportunity

This is not just another sales territory. This is an opportunity to build and grow an important market segment backed by one of British Columbia’s most established independent industrial suppliers. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, expanding strategic customer relationships, and becoming HTT’s specialist within the food manufacturing and processing sector.

Our goal is simple: become the preferred safety, PPE, janitorial, facility, and industrial supply partner for food manufacturers throughout British Columbia. What You’ll Do Develop new business opportunities throughout the Food Manufacturing & Processing industry.

Build relationships with plant managers, safety managers, maintenance teams, purchasing departments, quality assurance, and operations leaders.

Identify customer challenges and provide value-driven solutions.

Promote our full range of PPE, disposable gloves, hearing protection, footwear, respiratory products, spill control, facility supplies, janitorial products, traffic safety products, and industrial consumables.

Introduce customers to HTT’s Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and inventory management solutions.

Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, workplace assessments, and safety reviews.

Prepare quotations, proposals,



and customer presentations.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.

Work closely with our customer service, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Represent HTT professionally at customer sites, industry events, and networking opportunities. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and growing business.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience selling into food manufacturing, food processing, beverage, dairy, meat, seafood, bakery, packaging, or related industries.

Existing relationships within the food manufacturing sector.

Solid business development and account management experience.

Experience selling industrial products, safety products, sanitation products, packaging, MRO supplies, janitorial products, or similar solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience using CRM software.

A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel throughout British Columbia. Why Join HTT?
