You'll support aviation industry projects through customer support and analytical tasks in a remote-friendly environment. Key responsibilities include providing customer support, using platforms like SalesForce, and coordinating with internal stakeholders for troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 customer support via SalesForce
- Create and track incident tickets using JIRA
- Coordinate user access troubleshooting with vendors and stakeholders




- Assist in testing for product improvements and bug fixes
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations as needed Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and data analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and analytical skills
