Business System Analyst and Project Manager

Customerizationis looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager (2 in 1) tojoin our team. Our company focuses on Zoho implementation, solution design, integrations with 3 rd party tools, and migration to Zoho.

- Full-time, 40 hr/week

- In-officeposition (Concord, Vaughan)

- Experience working in IT consulting for at least 2 years - must

- Experience working with small and medium clients - must

- Applicants mustbe legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

- Understand and analyze customer's business modeland processes

- Gathercustomer's requirements

- DevelopZoho solution design with the Zoho experts' team

- Collaborate on tech pre-sale with our Sales team,including running custom system demos and managing proposal development

- This is a customer-facing position

Project Delivery

- Develop project scope, plan, and tasksbacklog

- Manageproject tasks and timelines

- Leaddevelopers and system configurators

- Createdocumentation

- Testdelivered solutions





- Developtraining materials and conduct customer training sessions

- Configureand customize Zoho system - basic functions

Requirements

- Proven experience in business analysis - must

- Experience in project management and DEV teammanagement - must

- Experience in business software implementation andconfiguration- must

- Proven experience of working with customers andconducting meetings and workshops - must

- Excellent communication and verbal skills inEnglish - must

- Proven experience in business processes mapping anddesign

- Good understanding of data modeling including ERDand other design tools

- Familiarity with software configuration tools andsoftware development methodology

- Familiarity withsoftware design andintegration patterns

- Ability and willingness to work in a small and avery dynamic and flexible team

- Strong self-education capabilities

- Ability to run multiple projects and activitiessimultaneously

- Proactive approach and "can do" attitude
