We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst/Developer with a robust blend of business analysis (60%) and hands‑on development (40%). The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and contribute to application development.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope and business processes.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and enhance applications based on approved requirements.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and support API integrations.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and production support.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions.
