We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with expertise in SAP US Payroll, BSI Tax Factory, and Payroll Tax Compliance to support a high-impact payroll automation initiative.

Key Requirements

✅ 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in a financial services or regulated environment

✅ Robust experience with SAP US Payroll and BSI Tax Factory

✅ Hands-on knowledge of US State & Local Payroll Tax Compliance, including multi-state payroll, wage allocation, and withholding rules

✅ Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, technical, integration, and data requirements

✅ Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

✔ New York State employment tax compliance and audit remediation experience

✔ Experience with Concur,



EY Mobility Tools, SFTP integrations, or location tracking systems

✔ Knowledge of payroll transformation, compensation integration, tax automation, or relocation projects

Responsibilities

- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Analyze SAP US Payroll and BSI Tax Factory configurations
- Define integration requirements across SAP, Concur, EY, and related platforms
- Support New York State payroll tax compliance automation initiatives
- Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT, Global Mobility, and Architecture teams
- Produce audit-ready documentation, data mapping, and implementation deliverables
