Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our agile construction and woodworking team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and installing custom cabinets and woodwork that meet precise specifications. Your expertise in woodworking, blueprint reading, and various construction techniques will contribute to creating high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry for residential and commercial projects.

Duties

- Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinets and related woodwork.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinet components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment.
- Install finished cabinets securely on-site, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Perform surface preparation including sanding, painting, staining, or finishing to achieve desired aesthetics.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure specifications are met and projects stay on schedule.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.




- Assist with other construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, or minor plumbing/electrical work as needed.

Experience

- Proven experience in cabinetry construction or woodworking with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is essential.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material calculations.
- Experience in installation of cabinets and related fixtures in residential or commercial settings.
- Background in general construction trades such as masonry, roofing, siding, or flooring installation is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
