Role Description

This is a part time, on-site role for a Café Manager at Butter & Cup Café & Tea House, located in Caledon , ON. The Café Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff scheduling, and handle inventory and supplies. Additional responsibilities include supervising food safety and hygiene compliance, driving sales performance, and fostering a positive team environment to enhance customer satisfaction and team dynamics.

Qualifications





- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service, with knowledge of hygiene regulations and best practices.
- Sales acumen to optimize café revenue and support business growth.
- Leadership abilities to manage a team, including scheduling and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience in café or restaurant management is preferred, but not required.
- A passion for high-quality food and beverages and creating a welcoming customer experience is a plus.
