We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Cafeteria Cook to join our Cafeteria team in Langley, BC.

This temporary position is expected to last 6 months.

Reporting to the Cafeteria Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation and delivery of food and cooking activities for the Store Support Centre cafeteria, maintaining a high level of service and professionalism while supporting safety and cleanliness.

You will be responsible for:

- Following recipes to execute menu items and specials, while ensuring food meets the highest quality standard set by the Cafeteria Manager.

- Participating in preparation of ingredients for execution of menu items.

- Providing customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the cafeteria, including kitchen and dining areas.





- Assisting with inventory deliveries and kitchen setup.

- Supporting the catering of special events occurring within and outside of the cafeteria, as required.

You have:

- 1+ years of experience as a cook in a restaurant or kitchen.

- Experience in a customer service focused role.

- The ability to lift 30-50lbs.

- A Food Safe Certificate is an asset.

Compensation Details:

$45,356.00 - $56,695.00The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
