In this key supervisory role, you will report directly to the Produce Manager, guiding Team Members in providing outstanding customer service.

You will be responsible for all aspects of merchandise handling, from ordering to inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while fostering a team-oriented team environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direction to Produce Utility Clerks daily
- Organize and maintain produce display quality and stock levels
- Conduct effective training and performance coaching
- Ensure a clean, safe working environment
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving and verifying shipments Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of related retail experience
- Familiarity with basic merchandising principles
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Kronos preferred Lead a passionate team in delivering exceptional produce service as part of Calgary Co-op.
