Startec Compression & Process is seeking an Estimation Lead in Calgary to drive improvements in our estimating process. Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance accuracy in project costing and data analysis. As the Estimation Lead, you will be responsible for developing effective estimating models while working closely with application engineers and production teams.

This role emphasizes the importance of analyzing historical data trends to refine estimating practices and improve production efficiency. Your contributions will directly affect bid preparation and overall project success. Key Responsibilities:

- Continuously improve labor estimating models and databases
- Analyze historical project data for accuracy and improvements




- Support coordination between fabrication teams for estimating inputs
- Assist in documentation and developing best practices
- Provide reporting on estimating trends and improvement areas Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of experience in estimating or fabrication
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Degree in Engineering Technology or similar field preferred
