Position Summary... Assists in the leadership of the Stocking processes, respond to problems and inquiries, and develop associates through teaching and training. Ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion. Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the salesfloor as required.

What You'll Do

- Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Stocking 1 and 2 Coach and the Store Management Team. Delegate, assist and follow-up on completion of daily VizPick processes.
- Assesses the overall presentation of General Merchandise and Food and Consumable Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.
- Ensure robust communication with associates, leads the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift and provide the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity.
- Review completed schedules with People Lead.
- Assign Associates to support with coverage in all areas of the store.




- Tours assigned areas with the Coach and team associates validate and identify training opportunities. Develops associates through teaching and training and provides feedback as needed.
- Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
- Complete GTA/Workday tasks and supports Management
- Partner with Coach/People Lead to facilitate performance management and growth conversations for Associates. Supports recruiting and hiring new associates.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.25.
