As a full-time Career Coach, you will collaborate with learners across undergraduate and graduate programs, using Life Design principles to foster professional identity and readiness.

You will co-create dynamic coaching experiences, integrating academic learning with career exploration in a developmentally supportive setting. Further, you will enhance the Career Education Centre's transformative programming. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one coaching for career pathway exploration
- Utilize Life Design methods to envision future scenarios




- Collaborate to co-deliver workshops and curricula
- Engage with employers to inform coaching practices
- Design approaches promoting equity and inclusion Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Experience in career coaching or student success
- Knowledge of career development theory
