This role focuses on delivering safe and effective drug distribution across various long-term care facilities. Candidates will utilize their knowledge in areas such as mental health medications, while enhancing accuracy in multiple pharmaceutical tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of patient prescriptions
- Ensure completeness and authenticity of prescriptions
- Verify data entry accuracy in eMAR and Kroll
- Conduct final checks before product release
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards Requirements:
- Registered with a provincial pharmacy college
- Experience in long-term care pharmacy preferred
- Knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy systems is an asset
- Strong communication skills required
