Join ATC as a dedicated Caseworker focusing on child protection and family reunification. This full time role involves case management, safety planning, and community collaboration. ATC is seeking an experienced Caseworker with a Bachelor of Social Work or related degree.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in case management and a strong commitment to community engagement. Strong skills in working with Indigenous communities are advantageous. This position includes on-call responsibilities and active participation in team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake, assessments, and permanency planning
- Collaborate on safety plans with families and communities
- Attend court and meet legislative requirements
- Record online data entry accurately and promptly
- Provide after-hours support as needed Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Social Work with 2+ years of experience
- Ability to be delegated in Alberta
- Class 5 Drivers License with clear abstract
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
