As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the face of our store and help create a positive experience for every customer. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has solid customer service skills, and works well with a team.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and process payments accurately
- Restock merchandise and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist customers with inquiries and purchases
- Follow company policies, safety, and store procedures
- Support team members during busy hours




- Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

- Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
