Duties

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and assisting with inquiries
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and promote featured products
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving change and balancing registers at shift end
- Use communication skills to explain store policies, promotions, and product features clearly




- Manage time effectively to ensure quick checkout lines and smooth store operations

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred but not required — training will be provided!
- Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in busy environments while maintaining organization
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous
- Customer service experience that highlights patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
