Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CCM SmartCOMM Architect / SME to join a high-impact enterprise project. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Precisely SmartCOMM (CCM), strong Java development skills, and experience designing and implementing enterprise Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions.

Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Precisely SmartCOMM (CCM)

Experience working as a SmartCOMM Architect, Technical Lead, or Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Strong Java development experience

Experience designing, implementing, and integrating SmartCOMM solutions

Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application integrations

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills

ReactJS

Spring Boot

Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Agile/Scrum experience Responsibilities





Design and architect enterprise SmartCOMM solutions.

Develop and customize SmartCOMM templates, workflows, and document generation processes.

Integrate SmartCOMM with Java-based enterprise applications.

Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CCM solutions.

Basic

Qualifications

7+ years of IT experience.

Robust expertise in SmartCOMM/Precisely SmartCOMM.

Proven experience in solution architecture or technical leadership.

Strong Java programming skills.

ReactJS experience is a plus. Only US Citizens and Green Card holders will be considered.
