We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support enterprise transformation initiatives focused on data, records, and technology modernization. This contract runs until October 31, 2026, with a strong possibility of extension, and follows a hybrid work model (1 day onsite per week plus every fourth Friday).

This role involves leading people change management workstreams, driving adoption of new tools and processes, and supporting enterprise-wide transitions, including migration to cloud-based data services and enhancement of internal tools. The ideal candidate brings solid change management expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working within data and technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead People Change Management (PCM) activities across multiple transformation initiatives

Assess change impacts and define change strategies, plans, and workstreams

Support enterprise transition from on-premises to cloud-based data services

Contribute to enhancements of internal tools (e.g., JIRA-based intake platforms)

Develop and execute communication strategies,



including presentations, FAQs, articles, and multimedia content

Collaborate with project teams, training teams, and stakeholders to align change, communication, and training plans

Build strong relationships across business units and facilitate stakeholder engagement

Drive adoption, user readiness, and behavioral change to support successful transformation outcomes

Must-Have Requirements

5+ years of experience in Change Management / Consulting roles

Experience supporting data, records, or technology-driven initiatives

Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)

Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite

Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly content

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience within financial services / large enterprise environments

French language skills (for bilingual communication support)
