Role : Change Manager

Duration: Contract – 12 Months

Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in change management to support large-scale business transformation initiatives. The role focuses on driving organizational change, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and user adoption while ensuring successful delivery and sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead change management activities for business transformation projects.
- Develop and execute change, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Coordinate project milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Track adoption, engagement, and project success metrics to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of overall professional experience.
- 2–3+ years of project management and/or change management experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication,



and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional setting.
- Consulting or transformation program experience is an asset.
