Vous effectuerez un ensemble de tâches en lien avec le service de conciergerie du Hilton Québec et contribue à une expérience globale exceptionnelle pour les clients. Un chasseur/portier/valet joue un rôle important dans les premières impressions de nos clients, c'est pourquoi il doit observer les plus hauts standards.
- Attitude positive et d'excellentes compétences en communication
- Anglais parlé et écrit de niveau avancé
- Excellentes connaissances de la ville de Québec et des activités
- Capacité à travailler des heures flexibles (travail sur les quarts de jour, de soir et de nuit, incluant les fins de semaine)
- Être disponible à temps partiel pendant les sessions universitaires (1 jour dans la semaine et les fins de semaine) et à temps plein pendant la période estivale et la période des fêtes
- Capacité à travailler sous pression
- Capacité à travailleur seul ou en équipe
- Engagement à répondre aux demandes des clients et offrir un haut niveau de service
- Présentation impeccable
- Détenir une expérience de travail antérieure dans un hôtel, idéalement en tant que chasseur/valet/portier
