Our client is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Director of Finance to join their leadership team and take ownership of the company’s daily accounting and financial operations. This is an excellent prospect for a CPA with 10+ years of experience looking for long-term stability and a place to call home. Lead day-to-day accounting operations, overseeing general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and internal controls.
Manage and develop a team of 7 finance professionals. Monitor and manage inventory accounting processes — strong skills here are a major plus. Participate in strategy planning and prepare the organization for future financial growth.
Support audit and tax processes with external partners. Bring a process-improvement mindset to existing systems and workflows. 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. ~ Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred. ~ Mid-Senior level Full-time Finance
