Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, and risk management within the financial services sector. As CFO, you will oversee all financial activities, drive business development initiatives, and ensure fiscal integrity across our diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
- Lead all accounting functions, including account reconciliation, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage risk assessment processes to identify potential financial vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
- Oversee corporate finance activities such as capital structuring, investment analysis,



and funding procurement.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new revenue opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships.
- Provide leadership to finance teams, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in integrity and accountability.

Qualifications
