Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities that support early childhood development across multiple domains, including social skills, literacy, math, and creative expression
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children




- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements aligned with best practices in early childhood education and special education needs
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's growth and well-being
- Supervise children during indoor activities, outdoor play, meals, rest periods, and transitions to ensure safety at all times

Experience

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices for fostering developmental growth
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
