Your role includes guiding team development, overseeing service quality, and ensuring that culturally responsive practices are in place. - Supervise and mentor Family Wellness staff directly
- Train and onboard new team members effectively
- Assist staff managing complex family dynamics




- Ensure high-quality service delivery and program oversight
- Build relationships with community agencies and stakeholders Requirements:
- Degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum three years’ experience in human services
- Over a year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required
- Transparent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search Support families in crisis through leadership and the implementation of best practices at Chimo Youth Retreat Centre.
