Civil Engineer Field Technician Deep Foundations Division Engineering / Construction / Architecture Job Type Full time Work Experience 3+ years PartnerStaffing on behalf of our Client, we are seeking an IntermediateCivil/Geotechnical Field Engineer with hands-on experience in deepfoundation projects (piles, caissons, drilled shafts, and anchors). The roleinvolves field supervision, construction inspection, and coordination withmultidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently,and in accordance with design specifications. Provideon-site engineering support for deep foundation construction, includingpile driving, drilled shafts, and ground improvement techniques.

Monitorand document field activities, including site observations, constructionprogress, and quality control measures. Conductsite inspections and tests (e.g., soil sampling, cone penetration tests,energetic pile testing, integrity tests). Collaboratewith design engineers to resolve field-related issues and proposepractical solutions.

Preparetechnical reports, as-built drawings, and field documentation for clientsubmission. Ensurecompliance with project specifications, safety standards, and localregulations. Assistin project planning, scheduling,



and resource allocation.

Mentorjunior engineers and field technicians as required. Bachelor’sdegree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field. ~3–7years of experience in geotechnical engineering or deep foundationconstruction projects. ~ Intermediateproficiency in field engineering tasks and construction supervision. ~ Experiencewith deep foundation methods: driven piles, drilled shafts, micropiles,and ground improvement. ~ Strongtechnical writing and reporting skills. ~ Abilityto work in outdoor and sometimes challenging site conditions. Familiaritywith geotechnical software (PLAXIS, GeoStudio, LPILE, GRLWEAP).

Experiencewith instrumentation, monitoring, and load testing of foundations. Opportunityto work on high-profile infrastructure and commercial projects. Professionaldevelopment and training support.
