WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

You will contribute to a diverse range of projects, including:

- Residential and commercial land development
- Sanitary sewer systems
- Stormwater management and detention
- Road design and transportation improvements
- Subdivisions and site servicing
- Utility coordination

No two weeks are exactly the same.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in:
- Civil design for land development and municipal infrastructure projects
- Vehicle turning analysis using Vehicle Tracking




- Quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates
- Site inspections and field reviews
- Assisting with project coordination
- Communicating directly with clients, contractors, municipalities, and utilities
- Supporting engineers with technical design and project delivery

This role offers exposure well beyond drafting. You'll gain experience in both office and field work while working alongside experienced engineers who enjoy mentoring others.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
- Approximately 2-5 years of consulting experience
- Proficiency with Civil 3D
- Strong technical drawing and design skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking feedback
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence

Experience with InfoDrainage, Vehicle Tracking, and Bluebeam is considered an asset.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION

We believe great people deserve to be rewarded. This position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability.
