What we need

- A Class Drivers Licence
- Available to be on the road 3 weeks or longer with full 7 days off
- Must be willing to cross Canadian border regularly
- Have a valid Class A license
- Have positive interpersonal communication and customer-service skills
- You must have 2 years of verifiable experience in a Tractor Trailer.
- You must have a team partner

Paid to the truck, on all miles driven by truck Loaded Empty

Starting Rate $1.74/mile $1.74/mile after 1 year of continued employment $1.75/mile $1.75/mile after 2 years of continued employment $1.77/mile $1.77/mile after 5 years of continued employment $1.79/mile $1.79/mile

BC Premium: $0.03/mile on all BC dispatched miles

Safety and Performance Bonus: $0.04/mile calculated 4 times per year based on safety and performance.

Short Haul Bonus: any trip under 500 miles will be paid an additional $0.20/mile

All Pick Ups and Deliveries: $35.00 (including dual temps)

Canada – US Border Crossings: $50.00 each way

Double Reefer Alarm Check: $30.00

Layover: must arrive before 5 pm and be approved by dispatcher: $200.00

Hourly Wait Time: $30.00/hour after two (2) hours

City Work: $1.52 per mile + $26.00 per hour

Training & Re-Training: $28.00 per hour

Uniform Allowance: $400.00 per year

Life, Health and Dental family and single packages available with RWAM (optional).
