HOW YOUR YEAR LOOKS
Spring & Fall - Floater Season
You're in the seat of a high-clearance floater, putting down fertilizer and crop protection products across the fields around Biggar. Precision work, top equipment, busy days that go by fast - twice a year.
Summer & Winter - On the Road
Your Class 1A license goes to work. You're hauling and transporting for our Custom Application Division - keeping product moving, customers supplied, and your paycheque steady between application seasons.
Same team. Same great pay. Just a different view out the windshield depending on the month.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Valid Class 1A driver's license and a clean driving record - mandatory
- Mechanical aptitude - you can troubleshoot, calibrate, and keep equipment running
- Ability to work independently in variable weather, and lift 50+ lbs safely
- Positive organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable putting in extended hours and weekends during peak season
Considered an asset, but we're happy to train the right candidate
- Farming or agriculture background
- Valid Pesticide Applicator's License an asset - we'll train the right candidate
