We are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This position is full-time and would require you to work some weekends.

Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner• General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies• Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property)



and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property• Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager • Must be able to work adaptable schedule, including weekends• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction• Perform other duties as assignedRequirements• 1-2 years related experience• Customer service skills• A pleasant demeanour• Must be able to lift and push heavy objects (furniture, garbage bins, appliances, etc)• Excellent written & verbal communication skills• Ability to perform in a team environment
