We are hiring a cleaning tech for residential cleaning. The responsibilities of the job will include but not limited to the following:
- Vacuuming/Mopping floors
- Disinfecting surfaces
- Cleaning Bathrooms/Kitchens
- Driving to and from each property
- Following a schedule and remaining punctual to all appointments
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness at all properties
- Maintaining and possession of your own supplies
The successful applicant will have;
- Class 5 drivers license
- Own reliable vehicle for transportation
- Strong work ethic and need to do every job to the best of their abilities
- A clean background check or the ability to get one
- Leadership qualities and the ability to train other cleaners
- Minimum 2 years cleaning experience in a residential capacity
- Availability between 8AM and 5PM
- Robust Communicational skills
- Availability on holidays and weekends

Reviews and Raises To show our commitment to developing our people into the people we need for the future we will have a few scheduled reviews and raises at 2 weeks, 3 months and 6 months. in more detail those will look like:
2 Weeks; raise after training and small evaluation of areas of excellence and areas to improve.
3 Months; Evaluation of growth from training, reinforcement of strengths, new areas of improvement or strengths to build on and possibility of a raise.
9 Months; Full look at all areas previously discussed, level of growth and improvement shown and the possibility again of a raise. At 6 months we can also look at what areas of the company you can fit into should you be looking to take on additional roles and responsibilities.
12 Months and every 6 Months thereafter: re-evaluate and address concerns from both parties.
