About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role in Etobicoke, ON for a Client Operations Specialist. You'll be the engine room of the business driving our clients' job searches end to end and owning day-to-day client communication. Applications go out, employers get followed up with, and clients always know exactly where they stand.

It's a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who writes excellent English, moves fast without cutting corners, and genuinely cares about getting clients placed.

What You'll Do

- Employer outreach 7 reach out to employers and hiring managers on behalf of clients, follow up on responses, and turn interest into interviews and offers
- Job-application management 7 run a high-volume job search across many clients at once, keep a steady pipeline of suitable roles, and coordinate the application team's daily targets and quality
- Client management 7 keep client records,



enrollments, and follow-ups organised so no one slips through the cracks
- Client communication 7 be the main point of contact over WhatsApp and email; keep clients informed, capture leads, and flag opportunities worth sharing publicly
- Quality & integrity 7 keep every deliverable accurate and honest, with correct Canadian terminology and respect for regulated job titles

What You Bring

- Excellent written English 0d; clear, professional, and error-free
- 2+ years in employment services, recruitment, operations, or customer support
- Very high attention to detail and the ability to hit daily targets under deadlines
- Fast and comfortable with modern software and AI tools
- Strong personal integrity and discretion with confidential client information
- Nice to have: knowledge of the Canadian job market (ON/NB), familiarity with ECE/PSW/ABA sectors, or experience coordinating a remote team
