As an Engagement Manager,



you will lead the delivery of Pigment implementations for strategic customers. You will combine structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and AI-enabled delivery to accelerate time-to-value.

This role is designed for high-potential talent from top consulting and technology backgrounds who want to operate at the intersection of business transformation and AI.

Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements

Drive customer adoption and long‑term value realization

4–8 years of experience in consulting, tech, or data-driven roles

Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a top-tier educational institution

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Interest in AI and enterprise software

Exposure to data platforms or AI tools

Exposure to top-tier global customers
