Peak Health VIP, is a private medical clinic formerly Arthritis VIP, is a multi-award-winning private medical clinic recognized nationally and internationally.

We specialize in regenerative and functional medicine, providing advanced, non-surgical treatments that help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, optimize hormone health, improve gut health, and regain their quality of life.

The Position

We are seeking a hybrid role of Physician Assistant and Receptionist.

Must be an International Medical Graduate IMG who is interested in stable, long-term employment.

You will be the first and last point of contact for our patients and will help deliver a warm, professional, and organized VIP experience.

Key Responsibilities (Receptionist role)

- Welcome patients warmly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments.
- Manage appointment confirmations and the clinic calendar.
- Assist with intake forms and maintain accurate patient records.
- Process payments, invoices, and receipts.
- Follow clinic SOPs, scripts, and checklists consistently.
- Participate in training and apply feedback promptly.

Key Responsibilities (Physician Assistant)

- Assist the physician and clinical team with patient care and treatment protocols.
- Perform IV insertions and blood collection independently.
- Support with IV preparation and mixing (training provided).
- Perform and assist with shockwave therapy (training provided).

Qualifications





- Must be an International Medical Graduate (IMG) with a medical degree.
- Proven competency in IV insertion and phlebotomy – no training will be provided in these skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the medical team.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Energetic..
- Coachable, accountable, and willing to learn.
- Able to follow systems and complete tasks consistently.
- Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR, and Google Workspace.
- Seeking a long-term position.

This role is not suitable for candidates seeking temporary employment or planning to return to full time schooling in the near future.

Compensation and Benefits

- $23–$26 per hour.
- Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with occasional evenings or Saturdays
