As Clinical

Manager, you will lead operational and clinical efforts within the Comprehensive School-Based Mental Health Program.

Your responsibilities include coaching and mentoring staff, collaborating with schools, and integrating Indigenous practices into care. This vital role supports career development and ensures high-quality mental health programming across Alberta's First Nation and Métis communities. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily clinical leadership and performance management
- Develop service pathways with school administrations




- Collaborate to integrate Indigenous mental health practices
- Lead case conferencing for ongoing team communication
- Ensure high-quality record management through EMR system Requirements:
- Master’s degree in clinical psychology or social work
- Minimum five years clinical practice experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to unexpected situations
