What you will do:
- Provide clinical ward cover within the oncology department.
- Screen chemotherapy and immunotherapy prescriptions to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Perform final accuracy checking and release of intravenous and oral chemotherapy medications.
- Collaborate closely with oncologists and healthcare professionals to optimise patient treatment plans.
- Maintain compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Support any off-site duties where required.
Requirements:
- Registration with the relevant professional body as a Pharmacist.
- Previous oncology pharmacy experience, including chemotherapy screening and checking.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
