Conduct psychological and psychoeducational assessments for adults (experience supporting children and adolescents is an asset) Assessment areas may include ADHD, learning disabilities, giftedness, executive functioning, diagnostic clarification, and social-emotional functioning Clinical interviews and records review Therapy (Secondary Component)



Experience in couples and family therapy is considered an asset Supervision & Leadership (Optional) Opportunities to supervise training psychologists or psychotherapists, based on interest and capacity Supervision responsibilities are optional and tailored to experience.

D. in Clinical, Counselling, or School Psychology or Psychological Associate (Master Degree candidate) Minimum 5+ years of mental health experience Declared competency in the areas of Clinical Psychology with no restrictions on license to practice Proficiency in technology is essential, including familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems and Microsoft 365 applications Comfort working in a contractor role Assets Experience with supervision or mentorship Experience in private or multidisciplinary practice Multicultural counselling competence Availability 3 days a week for about 5 hours each day (15 hours a week) Flexible with your availability Optional weekend availability (1–2 Saturdays/Sundays/month; Competitive hourly rate: $125- $150 per hour for psychotherapy and 60% split for assessments Full administrative support, including scheduling, billing, coordination, and client communication, so you can focus on clinical work Marketing and referral support managed entirely by the clinic A calm, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed clinical environment that supports focused, high-quality client care This role is ideal for clinicians seeking a healthier balance between meaningful client work and personal well-being, particularly for those coming from high-pressure environments who are looking for greater flexibility, sustainable workloads, and space to recharge, while still maintaining consistency and professional support.
