Become a Clinical Trainer focusing on Workplace Violence Prevention at Vancouver Coastal Health in Vancouver, BC. Drive safety education through engaging training sessions for staff. In this vital position, you'll be responsible for conducting Workplace Violence Prevention training for staff members at various sites. Working closely with unit leaders and relevant stakeholders, you will help create and coordinate impactful training programs.
Your role is centered around transferring critical safety knowledge to enhance clinical practice and staff readiness. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver WVP training across clinical sites
- Collaborate with managers and coordinators on curriculum design
- Support group learning and individual training needs
- Implement feedback for continuous improvement of training
- Maintain high standards of professional practice throughout Requirements:
- Relevant degree with two years’ experience in training or facilitation
- Registration with the provincial college where applicable
- B.C. Driver’s License may be required for local travel
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
