We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a growing, innovative specialty coffee distributor. You don't need to be a coffee hobbyist, but certainly an interest or love or coffee is an asset. This is a hybrid position working in the showroom, assisting with web-chat and phone calls related to online inquiries or orders, and warehouse responsibilities, which includes shipping and order picking.

Hours & Schedule:

Option 1: 6 days a week / 45 hours

Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 11:00am - 4:00pm

Option 2: 5 days a week / 37 hours

Saturday is required, but you will receive a day off during the week.

Responsibilities

- Help customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person—answering questions, recommending equipment, and guiding purchases.

- Greet walk-in customers in our showroom, demo coffee machines, and create a welcoming, informative experience. Energy and presentation are key.

- Handle in-store transactions (cash, debit, credit) with care and accuracy.

- Stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and equipment..

- Working to both pick and ship orders, along with other warehouse tasks, as needed.





- Support other departments when needed during busy times—you're a team player.

Requirements

- A sales background which could be retail sales or inside sales in another context is key.

- Interest in the coffee industry is important. If you do happen to be a coffee enthusiast, that is an asset.

- A people person who brings energy, patience, and great conversation to every interaction.
