The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of estimating programs like Audatex and Mitchell, ensuring accurate appraisals for customer vehicles. You will play a key role in improving customer experiences while achieving the collision center’s KPIs. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
- Diagnose collision damages and communicate effectively




- Assign body technicians to specific jobs as necessary
- Order parts and coordinate sublet repairs promptly
- Manage workflow and communicate clearly with clients Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of collision estimating experience
- Knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell programs
- I-Car Registered (Gold Class) or working towards certification
