Responsibilities

- Team Leadership:



Lead and mentor the Commercial Risk Placement Team to ensure service standards and corporate goals are met.
- Operational Strategy: Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service and productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain positive relationships with business partners and liaise with the Head Office on regional matters.
- Onboarding & Training: Support the growth of the branch by leading the onboarding of new team members.

Desired Skills

- 5+ years of insurance operational management experience.
- 3+ years of commercial risk placement experience.
- Active RIBO license in good standing (CIP, CAIB, or CRM preferred).
- Working knowledge of Applied EPIC and Microsoft 365.
