Identifying new business leads and sales opportunities and providing to representatives to act upon and ongoing maintenance of the prospect information database Building and maintaining a high-performance team through actively recruiting and interviewing, goal setting, performance management, training, coaching, and mentoring Leading the implementation of sales strategies and participating in closing Commercial sales Actively involved in creating and implementing a sales development plan to meet growth objectives Tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales results and adapting tactical plans accordingly General Insurance Level 2 required.
