Join Pacific Immigrant Resources Society as a Communications Design Volunteer. Help craft our 2025–2026 Annual Report through creative design that conveys meaningful stories. We are seeking a volunteer experienced in designing reports to partner with our Communications Manager.

You will focus on transforming our impact data and achievements into visually compelling formats that resonate with readers. Besides the Annual Report, there may also be opportunities to engage with other design projects, like social media and presentation materials. Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing layouts for the Annual Report
- Combine storytelling and data into engaging graphics
- Design infographics and other visual components




- Prepare and finalize digital and print files
- Work collaboratively with the Communications Manager on revisions Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing publication layouts
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of editorial design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to handle multiple projects and revisions Use your design skills to elevate communications at PIRS and empower immigrant women in Canada.
